Fees and Payments

• DeclutMart charges a 5% commission on each sale made by a seller.
• Users are responsible for any additional payment fees.
• Buyers are responsible for the payment for delivery fees of their items.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

1. Listing illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
2. Harassing, scamming, or misleading other users.
3. Using the platform for unlawful activities.

Limitation of Liability

DeclutMart is a marketplace that does not guarantee the quality, safety, or authenticity of the items. We are also not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
